Draft 2009-2010 Work Plan With the start of the new fiscal year, it is important that the City develop a set of work priorities that will guide our expenditure of time and public funds during the course of the year. This set of goals, termed a work plan, provides an important yardstick by which we can measure our achievements as a City. Ideally, work planning would lay the foundation for the development of the annual budget, but timing this year would not allow for such a process. In lieu of a more formal strategic planning process, the City Manager has developed the Draft 2009-2010 Work Plan based on informal feedback from the City Council, City staff, and other community stakeholders. Resident's are encouraged to review the draft work plan and provide comments to City Manager Lori Sassoon by July 3, 2009. Comments can be submitted by email at: lsassoon@villapark.org.
