Members of the public in attendance wishing to address the City Council on matters not otherwise appearing on the agenda and within the jurisdiction of the City Council, upon recognition by the presiding officer, state their name, address, and subject. Oral Communications are governed by Government Code Section 54954.3 and Villa Park Municipal Code Section 2-3.10.  Unless the presiding officer grants further time, address time shall be limited to five minutes.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1.         Proposed Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Budget.

Recommendation Action:

That the City Council conduct a Study Session, discuss and consider the proposed Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Budget, make appropriate decisions, and provide staff direction.
